Quality Assurance

Thanks to a qualified, experienced and multidisciplinary team composed of pharmacists, engineers and higher technicians, the Quality Assurance Department is charged with the :

Internal audit and suppliers’ audit according to the guidelines in force;

• Review of the production batches files and quality control;
• Qualification of premises and materials;
• Analytical validation cleaning, validation and manufacturing processes validation;
• Metrology with checking and calibration of measuring instruments;
• Documentary management.

Quality Control

Holding to the general policy of the company aiming the sustainable improvement of its performances and profitability, the Quality Control structure is omnipresent: qualified industrial teams and laboratories equipped with high-tech material responding to the numerous control requests. Their annual turnover can reach 8.330, thus ensuring:

• Analysis of raw materials and packaging products
• Analysis  of manufactured semi-finished products
• Analysis of finished products
• Subcontracting of Quality Control test of products of “Pierre Fabre Production Tunisia” and “Pfizer Tunisia”  laboratories.
