Human capital is the strength of the “Society of Pharmaceutical Industries of Tunisie – SIPHAT”.

Ambition, motivation and competence characterize the whole of the professional team of SIPHAT, which thus maintains its leadership level in the pharmaceutical sector.

SIPHAT counts amongst its personnel:

• 626 technical agents (114 executing agents, 227 supervisors and 285 executives).
• 181 administrative agents (7 executing agents, 39 supervisors and 135 executives).
• 5 physicians
• 18 pharmacists
• 17 engineers

Supervision and recruitment

To continue strengthening its presence in the market of the pharmaceutical industry and dealing with competition, each year the Human Resources Department works out a training program aiming at updating the capacities and competences of staff and young graduates.

Within this framework several agreements were already passed with higher institutions and universities.
