To continue strengthening its presence in the market of the pharmaceutical industry and dealing with competition, each year the Human Resources Department works out a training program aiming at updating the capacities and competences of staff and young graduates.
Within this framework several agreements were already passed with higher institutions and universities.
Moreover, SIPHAT brings new blood into its team in order to associate the perennity of knowledge of the former generations to the modernism and enthusiasm of the young new members.
